There wasn’t a live attendant. I was confused with the beginning process. Also, when I had to return the truck I couldn’t figure out how to do it and there wasn’t anyone to help in person or on the phone. The wait time on the phone was an hour. The app was not user friendly. It was really frustrating.

This move to virtual assistance and customer self-service web based processes is impersonal and confusing/difficult for majority of clients. I am sure I wasn’t able to completely navigate the pickup process of taking pics and uploading info. I had little confidence when leaving with my truck that there would be no concerns or corrections needed after return. Fortunately there was a person on-site to provide some assistance to obtain keys. The other issue directly resulting from web based processes is that my search returned a location that I chose based on ZIP, but was one of two and I arrived at my intended site, but reservation was for another that I had no idea existed.
