This gentleman reached out to me to explain the app. I was not able to find my truck on my app and the owner took care of the issue. Frustrating to have an issue in the system, however the owner of the Storage Inn dropoff did a great drop making sure It was taken care of. I let him know about his leaky tire at drop off as well. He was great.

Excelente servicio
MIKE VThe associate did not know what she was doing. I had made a reservation online and it took a long time. She told me there was an additional deposit I had to pay but I would get it back when I returned the equipment. That was a lie. She added the insurance that I had declined on the online reservation. After discovering that I was not happy.
