Don't Tell customers to return trailer at 0730 when you don't open til 0900! THEN don't try to charge them for an extra day when they've had to drive all the way home and return at 0930 AFTER we've talked on the phone. THEN make sure you at least apologize for the inconvenience.

Your 6000lb trailers are terrible! At least the non galvanized ones. Your store employees are like talking to a wall regarding a complaint. I guess they are numb to complaints because they get so many they have learned to tune it out. My perspective.

I did the mobile checkin, which was supposed to save me time. I did the whole song and dance in the parking lot, taking selfies of me and my dl. Then, I had to wait in line about 20 minutes behind those that did not do mobile checkin. So what time did I save? There should be a line for those just picking up keys, like at Hertz.

I ordered the equipment online on the Monday prior and it said that this location had it available. Once we got there they said that they didn't have the right equipment for the weight limit available and would have to give me the more expensive option and I'd have to pay more. We had to argue with the gentleman a bit because I was not prepared to pay more but he said that the owners would fire him if he gave someone the other equipment for the same price. That seems like horrible customer service when the equipment promised is not available.

They were fantastic, it was super busy they were patient and friendly. We usually go to 14429 WA-99, Lynnwood, WA 98087, the counter gal there s\is incredible. the guy in the lot left a lot to be desierd. told me without checking my setup on the vehilce wasnt working. He didnt bother to check the trailer at all. was a total jerk. We left. went to this one and everything was great. My truck setup was fine. I will never use the other one again. the 19130 one has us for good even though a bit further away.

I got charged for five days and only had the equipment for two days. Had two phone conversations to fix the problem and it's still not resolved. Who has time for all that? This is what you guys do. It shouldn't be that difficult.

I reserved a 17' truck over the phone with someone. Had an email that stated I reserved a 17' truck. Called the day of pick up and had someone note I'll pick up 30 minutes after my reservation time. Truck was gone. When I came back at 5 hours later for my truck they said they NEVER has 17' trucks in the first place. Showed my reservation and they said it's wrong.....So I get punished for the stupidity of the call center. No apologizes, no sympathy, no business from me if I can help it.

I was dissatisfied with the service I received at Uhaul Lynnwood. When I made my initial reservation, I called the store directly to reserve a trailer and schedule a hitch installation. I was given a quote for the hitch parts and installation, and a separate quote for the trailer rental. The trailer quote was $499.00. The service representative I spoke with on the phone assured me that there would be no additional fees when I picked up my trailer at Lynnwood Uhaul on 6/27. He also told me that the price included tax, and that Uhaul did not sell insurance to cover rental trailers. So, I was surprised when I went to pick up my Uhaul and was told that insurance was recommended for the trailer I was towing, and that my initial quote did not include tax. When I asked the Lynnwood Uhaul employee who was helping me why the service representative I spoke with on the phone had given me misinformation regarding the price of my Uhaul including tax, and the insurance offered, he said that I had most likely been speaking to someone at a call center. He said the call center service provider probably hadn't known that the rental price didn't include tax, and that Uhaul always offers insurance for their rental trailers. In retrospect, I should have assumed that I would be offered insurance. I should have read all of the fine print on my rental receipt and gone on the Uhaul website to double check all of the information I was getting from the call center representative. However, I have been pleased with my service from Uhaul in the past, and I hoped that I could trust that the service representative would be upfront with me about the price of my rental. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I think it is extremely unprofessional and misleading that the employee I spoke with at the call center did not know that Uhaul offers insurance for trailers at the time of rental pickup. Like many other people moving, my husband and I are managing a tight budget. I counted on Uhaul to be very upfront with me about what I would be paying out of pocket up front, and was disappointed.

Allow counter staff access to reservations to assist walk ins with an immediate need. I was turned away to call the reservation line only to be sent right back to the same location to rent a van that was sitting there and available.

I greatly appreciated that, via the telephone representative, U-Haul accommodated me by noting that I had 6 hours scheduled for moving with the rental truck - which is what I had originally requested, instead of the 3 hours which I was given upon checking-in to rent, at that location's office.
