The entire truck smelled like smoke, the rear view mirror was missing, also there was no gas cap either. Other than that the customer service was great

I made a reservation but it couldn't be found. Fortunately they had a truck available for me to rent. Friendly staff and great service.
MICHELLE lmy uhaul was dirty on the inside with coals on floor. my furniture and boxes were stained.
DESTINY SI did the exact miles i stated with no extras and my bill came out to $70 more than estimated. There is no explanation and was just told call corporate. Very sympathetic that he didn’t understand why, but ultimately it didn’t change I was charged and don’t understand the charges
BRANDON FThe online pickup is SO involved at the location, I'm supposed to "just get the keys" but this guy wants my license and all my order info, etc, etc. Same with drop off. It's ridiculous. Truck has trash in it, and a severe wind leak at the bend in the driver's door frame.
