My reservation number was 99793678 with my pick up location at U Auto Car Rental 1111 S Wesleyan, Rocky Mount NC. When I arrive no one was there for us to pick up the truck plus there was no 26' truck in site. When I called UHaul I was told I rented it in Mcclesfield, NC. I did not because this location is 25 minutes away. Ok we arrived at the location to rent the truck. Again no one was there. Fortunately, the owner of the building showed because he was remodeling his office. When he tried to fill out the paperwork on his tablet it would not go thru. He told us we should take the truck and settle up on the other end. Very stressful. I would appreciate some compensation for this inconvenience.
