The battery died at both home locations. Called the number given and there was no answer. Fortunately, we had jumper cable to jump off the truck three (3) times. A deduction in price should be given.

The keys were not in truck as stated. After searching, calling someone name Roger as instructed and waiting for a phone call that never came i decided to look in another truck and they were placed in the wrong truck. This put me an hour behind schedule. Once keys were obtained, I started the truck and before I could pull out of the spot the radiator light came on. The was absolutely no coolant in the truck. I then called Roger back who got in touch with the area manager who brought me another truck. This entire ordeal took 2 hours. Inspect mechanics on trucks prior to renting. Make sure keys are placed in the right vehicle. Also, the truck that had mechanical problems also had a big piece of something that looked like it belonged under the hood in the passenger seat. This was the worst uhaul experience I have ever had

I made a reservation for 8:30 am and arrive and was unable to complete the registration by app. I had to wait until 9 when someone arrive and they told me they don't do the app registrations. I had to wait a total of 45 mins to get the truck. The back of the truck was not clean. There was a lot of grass and broken glass in the back.The front of the truck was ant infested and I was bitten multiple time while driving down the road. When I returned the truck 4 hours early, there was someone waiting for that size truck who had a reservation but there was no other truck at the lot. The employee was wonderdul trying to help but there were some serious communication problems from the company end.

I was called and was told by someone at uhaul they only had a 20ft truck for me after I reserved a 15ft truck a month ahead of time . I drove 8.5 hours from N.C. to Georgia and it was about 450 miles one way my trailer also was not at this locat ok on so I had to go to a second location in Macon for it. This location did however have a 15ft truck for me and the representative was very caring ang professional and very helpful. It wasnt her fault about the truck situation and they did have a 15ft truck for me there. I was originally suppose to pick up the truck and trailer from another location in Macon and not this location. It really seems to me that uhaul doesnt take care of their customers. I went through the same thing last year with uhaul drove from N.C to Ga 450 miles 8.5 hours one way and reserved a truck and car hauler and then even after reserving it a month in advance they didnt have a truck or trailer for me. I was really disappointed with uhaul and how the take care of their customers and wont ever use uhaul again.

Apparently I was scheduled for a pickup at 8:30 for a location that didn't open until 10:00. Attendant was very helpful getting me on the road even though her internet went down.

Here's how my whole experience went with the U-Haul location and this pickup truck rental. I pulled in and for started there is an overgrown playground area with branches hanging over the parking lot. This therefor along with poor lighting made it really uncomfortable for me and especially my girlfriend, to ,make the return that evening around 9 O'clock in the dark. I told my girlfriend(driving my car to drive after I dropped of the truck) to stay in the car with the doors locked while I dropped off the truck. Now, getting back to picking up the truck that morning, I pulled up at 9:40 and the "U-Haul" business doesn't open until 10:00 but at this location they have a storage business connected that opens before 10:00 so I guess 8 or 9. However, it's the same employees running both. So I walked in at 9:42 and told the 2 ladies at the counter I was here to pick up my truck I had ordered online. The manager was one of the ladies at the counter and she said " Sir, I'm on the phone, I can't help you right now" SO then I tried to talk to the other lady who was Not on the phone and the lady who Was on the phone butted in and said " The storage facility is open but U-Haul is not" I then said " Are you ladies not the U-Haul employees" She said "No Sir, we ARE the U-Haul people" Then after going back and forth about me trying to get a jump on the day and just having some customer service provided to me the lady on the phone left me with the statement " Sir I'm on the phone doing other business, I Can't help you with U-Haul until 10, please wait outside until 10." So I waited at my car until 10 and saw my truck I need about 30 feet away and immediately noticed the front hood ad grill had a big dent in both of them and the grill was hanging on by threads......finally 10 came around and the ladies helped me, but one of the ladies was uninformed about how to do all the paperwork and it was taking longer than I expected... then as the manager put down a piece of paper and told me to sign here agreeing that the truck had no prior damage I said " but ma'am it does?" she said" Oh no sir it doesn't" me along with my friend looked at her stunned and said at the same time" there's a huge dent in the front of the truck!" so I asked her to walk out there and look at it with me. We went outside and she informed me that the dent had been marked with a sticker however I pointed out numerous scratches and dents that had not been marked and she said yes they have seen look there are stickers on them. I bent down and said please tell me where the stickers are. She looked again and saw no stickers on them and said" Oh well we normally don't mark scratches and small dents." I said well you should that way I don't get held accountable for something I didn't do".... she just nodded her head.... finally I went to pull off the lot at around 10:25!!! what happened to my 10:00 pickup? and I was never offered the $50 if my pickup wasn't ready at 10:00 which it wasn't because they
