The owner/manager was very helpful over the phone. However, there was no one physically on-site, despite the fact that my pickup was during business hours (3:00PM). This meant my father and I had to lift the trailer onto his hitch. Most U-Haul locations have a lift to make this easier (there was one at the drop off location). For this reason, I would not recommend this location to others for trailer rentals because I don't want them to stain their back lifting the trailer.
Candice WI originally reserved at Napier Ave. and THEY DIDN"T HAVE A TRUCK FOR ME despite the reservation. I drove to this location WITHOUT a reservation and got a truck.
Robert JPick up process was not smooth at all.
Cranson BThe U-Haul was full of ants there were ants all in the door jam. The U-Haul could use a serious cleaning and fumigating. A spider came from the ceiling and dropped on my arm. I think report this issue to the lady at the front desk when I returned the U-Haul
