It was confusing when we arrived because we expected to find a key box (per instructions). Had no idea the key was inside the truck and had to get a download with the lock code.

Everything with this location was ok.
Kyle PConvenient but uhaul needs to really explain clearly to check in online or app when they arrive at non-uhaul corporate business sites.
Jennifer FI set up with one location only to be made to pick up at a very out of my way location. Also had to wait an hour later. Personal was totally not capable of using a computer or pad lock due to age/poor vision. Also area was not lighted when I returned the vehicle and no one present.
