Great customer service at this location. Very helpful. There was a glitch in the U-Haul system that had flagged my driver as not being eligible to rent that caused some embarrassment. A phone call cleared it up.
Martha MIt was confusing when we arrived because we expected to find a key box (per instructions). Had no idea the key was inside the truck and had to get a download with the lock code.
