I had issues with the app. Customer service had me use the website instead. It took about 25 minutes with customer service before I could get the keys to start checking out the vehicle. Other than that, the vehicle was basically brand new so it was very nice. The location was very convenient to get to.

The problem is the app and using it to pick up the truck. The page where I had to submit pics was not working correctly.
