The only complaint I would bring up is the mechanical device on the car hauler was rusted and hard to ratchet. I was able to make it work and after unloading my wife’s car at home I sprayed it down with PB blaster so it should be fine for the next person. Things like this could be a big problem with anyone that’s not familiar with such devices. Maybe add check for binder or rusted ratchet on the check list for drop off/ pickup locations.

TIMOTHY MThe pickup location place was fine, the workers were very friendly, but the U-Haul itself was covered in snow, it wouldn’t start. Luckily, the owner of the location came and jumped it, but every time we stopped the U-Haul it would die. Location itself was a very easy process.
