The employee was great, but 2 days later I was billed 38 bucks. Saying the fuel was lower. The fuel was almost the exact same.
DUSTEN CAbsolutely terrible check in and back process. The app doesn’t work. It was stressful. But the lady Lorna at that location was amazing! She deserves a special recognition!!
Kody KI chose this location because the webpage stated they opened at 9am. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was forced to use the app because the location wasn’t open. I did not want to use the app. Because of how the truck was parked, I had to go into the street to take pictures. The truck had something spilled on the floor, seat, and cup holder , but, because of the shade I don’t see it and marked the truck as clean upon pickup.
