Absolutely terrible check in and back process. The app doesn’t work. It was stressful. But the lady Lorna at that location was amazing! She deserves a special recognition!!

I chose this location because the webpage stated they opened at 9am. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was forced to use the app because the location wasn’t open. I did not want to use the app. Because of how the truck was parked, I had to go into the street to take pictures. The truck had something spilled on the floor, seat, and cup holder , but, because of the shade I don’t see it and marked the truck as clean upon pickup.
