I ordered an appliance dolly and it was not there when I picked up the truck. My remote app experience was terrible. App buffered for a long time processing the pictures both on pick up and drop off. I don’t recommend neighborhood u-haul locations. If there’s something wrong with the equipment you’re just stuck. Not a good experience.
