They did not hook up the trailer properly. We had to go to a nearby full Uhaul facility where they disconnected and then reconnected properly.

the online reservation system is terrible. they sent me a confirmation and then the day before sent me an email to change locations. I never saw the email... so I went to the wrong location wasted 1/2 drive time and had to go back to a location 5 minutes from my home. Also wasted a lot of time that I had to pay people for the move... Terrible ... you should call when this happens.

I had a terrible experience at Camco Tire, the employee who helped me is named Mark Cammy. I arrived a few minutes early to pick up the truck and the computer system was down. It was a nationwide problem, so I understood and waited the 15 minutes he estimated it would take to be up and running. He called someone from UHaul who instructed him to do a manual check out if the system was down. He refused to do this, still waiting on the system to come back up. While was I waiting he stopped helping me and helped every single person who walked through the door IMMEDIATELY upon them entering, stalling my checkout even further. At one point he is freaking out that the previous people who had the truck only brought back 3 of the 12 blankets they rented. He had his associate check the truck 3 times to make sure they weren't anywhere else, and this was holding up my checking out the truck. I said to him after the third time if he could just charge the people for the missing blankets and move on so I could take the truck (I had been there 30 minutes by now.) He said he just had to triple check and that I wouldn't want him charging me for something that I didn't do. After he waited another ten minutes he decided he would just mark the blankets as missing even though it was clear they were missing 20 minutes ago. An hour from the time that I arrived he decides he will have me fill out the form for a manual check out. I said to him that we should have done this 45 minutes ago, and he got angry and said that he was told that if the system was working he had to use the online system so he was waiting for the system to come back up before trying manual since he was supposed to use the online system if it was working. While he was frantically over-explaining I said to him, the system has clearly not been working since I walked through this door. Mark then tells me to RELAX in a patronizing tone. He then calls UHaul and said to the man on the line that he had customers who were "pissed off" and that he had to run his main business. Mark then passes me off to his associate while he handles a credit card payment from ANOTHER customer blocking the computer so that my check out is again stalled. Then the associate decides he needs to go wash his hands, so I'm still waiting at the desk. I clearly wasn't a priority, being a "pissed off" woman who needed to "relax," so I motioned to my boyfriend who was standing outside to come in. Once he came and leaned on the counter we were out in 5 min. I have no doubt in my mind that I and my boyfriend were being discriminated against for being a woman handling the payment and details with a black man.

Jim (mechanic) stepped in to help when no one else was available. I was in a terrible rush and he was very patient and understanding. Overall outstanding experience!!
