This place seems like a car impound. The person working there has attitude problems. He gives very bad comments and is rude. He might be a good worker, but should not be a customer service person. The place is also just a drop-off kind of place without any real UHaul facilities. So, you should improve this place to be a better customer service place, with a UHaul office, etc., or at the minimum have a better and helpful customer service there.

I scheduled an in person pick up at the counter for 9.00 but nobody was there. Waited until 9.30 and nobody showed and no way to get in contact with them. Absolutely would not rent from them again
