This was a horrable experience. Had to travel to 3 different location to pick up truck i ordered online was excessivly charge for my inconvenience.

No fuss drop off. I would drop there again.
THOMAS LIssues with online return
JANET SNo one there, I do not agree with self drop off. Older people still need guidance and that’s not what this drop off was. However the person I called (U-Haul) guided me through and then got back with me for confirmation through email. It worked out fine.
TAMMY WAn important fastening strap was discovered freyed and nearly severed. Did not see this until I arrived at location to load car to be towed. This damaged strap needs rdpair or replacement. I tried to let 911 repair service know about the situation but could no reach anyone. Not too happy about that but overall the price was good and the woman who rented the dolly to me was very polite.
