The Mandeville U-Haul location is AMAZING with customer service! Their expert staff are able to handle reservations quickly and efficiently and the lot is very well-lit for an evening returns. I feel comfortable and secure while returning the trailer. Their staff also gave me a tutorial on how to use it before I left the lot Saturday morning. Whenever I need to rent a trailer, I will be back!
RICHARD RI dropped off after hours. Had to drive to a separate location to drop off the truck. Then had to drive back to the original location to leave the keys.
Stacey AErica was exceedingly helpful. Her directions were clear and concise. She was friendly and professional. She even helped us find affordable assistance with unloading. It doesn’t get much better than that! Drop off was simple and convenient. Thank you for a great experience.
