The lady working at the location was very nice, but the van was dirty. There was mud all over the floor in the front. The passenger seat was covered with pet hair. The cargo area had all kind of debris and dirt and when I said something about it at the end when I was returning the truck, you wanted to charge me a cleaning fee. When I was just telling you it was dirty when I picked it up.

BRADLEY LLocation for pick up was changed, understandable. We were sent to the “wrong” location for pick up, then back to another location, then back the the first one. We are unable to use the app to pick up. Someone had to come to help. Then the price was different than we were quoted. Then we were finally about to leave after over an hour of confusion and, as my husband was pulling out, was flagged down because t was the wrong truck he was given. All of this while people we were paying hourly waited an hour and a half to get our stuff loaded. Never again. However, our drop off experience was effortless and took 10 minutes.
