I had a fantastic experience renting from this U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. The owners were extremely communicative and responsive whenever I needed them. When I ran into an issue accessing my rental, they immediately stepped in and offered to go above and beyond to make it right. That kind of genuine care is rare. For future renters, I would recommend choosing Mobile Pickup and you should have no issues. My truck was ready to go and already pre loaded with the dolly and blankets I ordered, which made the whole process even smoother. They are truly kind, down to earth people who clearly take pride in running a family owned business. I was initially a little hesitant because the location is more rural compared to the big box U Haul spots, but after this experience, I would absolutely choose this one again. It is reassuring knowing you are working directly with owners who actually care about their customers and their reputation. This place really puts the neighborhood in U Haul Neighborhood Dealer. Five stars from me, and I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Sandra RI had an outstanding experience with this U-Haul location on Cele (at the truck parking yard) and truly can’t thank the owners enough for their kindness and professionalism. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was their integrity and genuine care for their customers. I accidentally left my wallet behind, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got it back safely. They even stayed and waited for me, despite having other obligations, just to ensure it was returned to me. That level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. I’m extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and trustworthy people. Truly a 5-star experience!
