I'm not sure if there was an onsite office or not. I didn't see one. The drop off was pretty easy and the lady on the phone was helpful.

Richard TThe biggest issue was not the location but the fact that the uhaul app was not working at the time of pick up. Unrelated to the app, I wonder if some signage would help? I knew I was at a uhaul location by all of the trucks, but I wasn't sure I was in the correct location.
