I went there during office hours to pick up the truck,and the front desk person was very friendly. Also,I booked online and it was very easy,the only issue was that I wanted to confirm when I dropped off the key,but I never find out in the website how. But everything else was great. I will recommend this place.

Business hours at location are wrong Before I scheduled the truck I went to the place 3 times during working hours. But office was closed so I did everything through the app.
BRAHYAN RI was only given 1 dozen compared to my 2 dozen i requested of moving blankets
Max MHe was not available for assistance at all not very vested in making sure things were smooth not a fan of this location Id recommend another location. Uhaul representatives were very njve and helpful on the phone but in person this vendor isn’t very helpful
Rose BThe fault was more with the online rental process. Changed the original location we booked to this one which was further away for us and didn’t have any dollies which we booked and then we had to scramble to find some and ended up back at the original location where they had the truck we wanted in the first place. Terrible company. Definitely wouldn’t use again.
