Uhaul cheated me by changing my rental location and when asked for why changing the rental location, they suggested they will reduce the rate per mile to $1 instead of $1.29 to compensate for the extra miles that i will incur to pick and drop at the new location. Still after completion if the rental, they charged me wrongly and customer service is saying they cannot anything about it. This is really bad.
