The people at the pick up and the drop off were excellent. No complaints with respect to that all of hardship was as a result of U-Haul directly.

RICHARD OWith the availability of rental equipment across north western ontario is somewhat limited perhaps consideration could be given to those pickup locations that require customers to travel to locations be offered a reduced price . In many locations travel involved anywhere from an hour one way to 2.5 hours to pick up the rental. The drop off locations do not appear to have the same issues.
LEONARD WDealer was very amicable and quick getting paperwork done, Very happy with the servicce Dealer had snow shovelled to make trailer accessible tub electrical chord was froze solid to the ground. Dealer fixed with a new extension right away.
