I tried to give the representative the location that I was going to drop off in Marble Falls Texas and he said that he didn't need it to drop it off at any location in Marble Falls.When I went to drop it off at the location that I tried to give your representative the location said that I wasn't scheduled to drop the truck off with them and said I couldn't drop it off. Lucky Pops at the Marble Falls Texas location was very very helpful and made some phone calls and I was able to drop it off with him. Pops was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure my experience was a good one. Thank you Pops

This was not the location that I pick to return the truck and was a longer drive for us. I would have chosen another location if I had known.
