Orencio AThe people are nice enough, it’s that the U-Haul process is misleading and poorly executed. The hours listed for this location are wrong; the self checkout option isn’t available (even though I indicated I wanted that) and the whole pre-registration process of uploading your license is a waste of time because they require that they do it while you’re standing at the counter.
MICHAEL PThe staff at this location were very helpful. She worked hard to find a U-Haul for another customer who was having a hard time finding another truck.
MICHELLE CIt's kind of hard to find, and doesn't have any identification on the street as a Uhaul location - I could only spot it by the Uhaul truck sitting in the back of the lot. Otherwise, it is a fairly convenient location, once you know where it is.
