Dropped off after hours

JULIE KI dropped the truck after hours since the rental process at Middlebranch went so poorly and wasted time having to make new arrangements to get my washer/dryer moved. But it was easy to drop the truck off. And clearly marked where to leave the keys.
Christina CIt took me over an hour to pick up the equipment from its location. Problem with the computer pick up had to get help twice.
