Had a reservation for a cargo van and when arrived for pickup the staff told me they couldn’t give me the van because it did not have “winter tires” and a technician was coming at noon to replace de tires so I had to call support. Called support and they informed their cargo vans and truck all have all season tires and she did not know why that excuse was made. Wasted 3 hours because of this and couldn’t make it on time for my trade show which I was an exhibitor. Won’t be going back to this location

Camina MTire pressure alerts were on for the vehicle, there is obviously little or maintenance being conducted. Also this model does not have a ramp. Process to checkout was delayed by several hours, forcing me to call to ensure that I would get a confirmation of my return.
Luis DReservation was for pick up at 8:00am. Staff couldn’t ’check me out’ until 9:30am. I had also done pre-checkin prior to pick up in hopes that checkout was quick
