Truck was not in good condition. It had almost no gas when I picked it up. The key box location was not clear (there was a door with a big “5” on it but it was the wrong door). The app did not work so I was alone in an industrial area for more than 30 minutes in the freezing cold while the U-Haul support team tried to figure it out. Won’t rent here again.
Susan KSuch an easy move, everything went so smoothly. The only minor setback was checking into the reservation at the beginning. The app and website were both down. I ended up using a friend’s phone and was able to get it started. Was only a few minutes delayed. Otherwise, everything went really well.
