George MNo one wants to help you. I dropped the truck back there within 30-40 minutes, but the receipt shows I held the truck all day. I also asked the person not to add any warranty, but I can see on my receipt now that he was able to remove the warranty when I asked him. Poor service! Scam!

PADMINI PHad a reservation for a cargo van and when arrived for pickup the staff told me they couldn’t give me the van because it did not have “winter tires” and a technician was coming at noon to replace de tires so I had to call support. Called support and they informed their cargo vans and truck all have all season tires and she did not know why that excuse was made. Wasted 3 hours because of this and couldn’t make it on time for my trade show which I was an exhibitor. Won’t be going back to this location
