Person at the location told I cancelled my reservation without knowing my name. Then didn’t know how to check me in. Took nearly 30 minutes to get the vehicle

Train the person processing the rental paperwork. The gentleman didn’t know what he was doing and stated it was too many questions to complete and it wasn’t worth the $5 percentage they made. He completed the rental incorrectly and we had to spend another half hour on the phone getting the drop off completed. We reserved a one way trip and he entered a round trip instead. He didn’t provide any paperwork and told us to go we were good. The experience was very stressful.
