Worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this location to any person. Worker gave me wrong information which costed me money. Worker needs more training on Uhual procedures. I would request a refund for wasting my time and money on Easter.

Scammed me into putting $50 extra gas in the U-Haul
CHRISTIAN MThe staff is terrible, not really sure why this location even exist but it was the closest one to me. Will not be using again as well as that they charged me for the safeway insurance when i specified that i did not want it. This location is super unprofessional the clerc at the gas station asked if he could use my personal vehicle for personal travel when i had gotten into the u haul. Truly a crazy bad experience.
Benjamin MHad nothing but problems setting up my rental, although I already had a reservation. He never look at my reservation. He made our return 8 hours later than requested, which charged us another day, he charged us insurance although we declined it (but this seems to be a general UHaul practice). He was on the phone the whole time we were there on a personal call. He argued with us the whole time we tried to explain to him that he was over charging us. He was trying to charge us 93.00 dollars when it should have been 60, but he wouldn’t listen to us explain to him it should be one day because we were bringing it back at noon, (he had it reserved it until 8pm. ) . . . We told him no insurance three times, he still charged it for two days. I had to call headquarters to get the reservation recognised. At which point he said he never said 93 dollars . . . not to mention we were two steps behind him coming in and he let the door close on us as we entered. Then when we returned it at 1030 am, a different guy told us he would handle it and that we didn’t have to do anything (I should have known then tho). I get a email at 758 pm that our rental is still active (charging us another day rental fee). I did call uhaul again and for it straightened out and credited back to our account. Overall UHaul was great, but our pick up location employees were rude, incompetent, and misleading.
