JAMES ODue to the weather and snow on the ground was not hard for me to drop off. Had to call the manager there and he was very polite and helpful.
Stephen HScheduled an in person pickup. No one was available at the location when I arrived. Therefore the pickup process wouldn't go through. I had to cancel the order and schedule it for an electronic pickup. Then it worked. However, after returning the truck with the fuel I replenished I was still charged for the gas I used and then some. I will not be using U-Haul in the future, nor would recommend this location to anyone.
ROBERT CI was late by 45 minutes on pickup and it was an ordeal getting the app to work. Maybe allow an hour grace before kicking you out of the system.
