Nothing needed to be improved on. I have rented from Uhaul a few times. All have been great! This location was the best of the best, though!

Nola GThe engine oil was low, not showing on dipstick. Worker from pilot market was very courteous and gave me 2 quarts. Maybe make sure the fluids and oils are full.

PAUL RSteel safety cables were frayed, and I cut my hand, location owner instally said not my fault it's U-Hauls. Never offered help as I was bleeding. Upon return I wanted documentation stating trailer was returned, they could not provide. Worst experience ever!
