This was the worst experience ever!! Even though I rented an open trailer, I asked if I could return at a location near my house. They said if I took a closed trailer and paid more then I could return near my house. When I went to return the trailer the U-Haul guy yelled at me, said that I couldn’t leave the trailer and then called the police. I got a call on my cell phone from the cops and then had to deal with the police over the next few days as I was calling U-Haul multiple times and getting transferred around from person to person and trying to get it all straightened out. This was a horrible experience!!

Conveniently located.
Chad ENo onsite parking for customer vehicle. Cab was dirty. No secure key drop for after hours return of truck. No one available to record condition of truck at time of pickup.
