I was unaware it was a 24/7 rental and have never done that before. When I arrived to pick up the truck at 9:15am the place was closed even though there Saturday hours are 9-1. So I started calling them. My calls kept getting dumped and voicemail box was full. I was getting auto responses that whoever I was calling was busy. A few minutes went buy and an extremely rude man arrived and yelled at me about calling him over and over again. He was very hostile and it made for a very uncomfortable experience. I would never treat someone like he treated me. In my opinion they should not be renting UHaul trucks or have any connection to Uhaul as I have usually had great experiences with Uhaul locations.

The truck had its lock on the truck itself instead of in the drop box. The lock on the drop box had deteriorated so the moveable numbers couldn't move, and the truck sounded as if the brakes, rotors or even the axels might fall apart any moment. It was difficult to get everything started, prices are very high and misleading. Physical locations with in person customer support would be so much more helpful.
