Hard to find uhauls at first depending on which side you turn in it. Uhauls trucks are stored on other side of building from pack and parcel and key pick up area. We had to go inside the store to figure out where to get the keys / pick up the truck. It is nice they are right by a gas station

Felicia the support person for the mobile pick was super responsive and fast at resolving our issues! The pick up and drop off process was a breeze even remotely and we had all the equipment we paid to rent ready upon pick up.
EZEKIEL CDealer was in a very small store front in a shopping center.NO signage on store front at all. Needed to return after hours due to work schedule but no sign or drop box visible. 2 of us tried to access the uhaul app but keep getting different error messaging. Had to miss work the next morning and the place was not open until well after 9 am. As stated above--Will never rent from a dealer who has Uhaul as the secondary business....very very unprofessional

AARON BNo indication at the front of the Pack and Ship that it was handling uhaul rentals nor what to do for after hours dropoff. Finally figured out that the key drop box was in the BACK lot.
