The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. He guided me through the process and set proper expectations. Much better than renting from a big box hardware store or storage facility. I will be using them again for another need in a few weeks.

I went to this location and they didn’t have a truck and boom MARY MADE IT HAPPEN.. TRUCK WAS CLEAN FULL OF GAS WND CUSTOMERS SERVICE EXCEEDED ANY OTHER U-HAUL EXPERIENCE 🤩

JENENE MTruck was dirty and still had poles and hangers from whoever previously moved it. I had to clean there mess to make sure I wasn’t charged for it. It took me 20 min of refreshing the U-Haul page to give me access to keep the photos I was taken. Before it was taking them but not uploading them. When I dropped the truck off the app said thank you and have a nice day. Only to find out when I got home the truck was still pending photos that I had to go back and take.
