They were very helpful and kind and patient with me throughout this renting process. I will definitely rent from them again.
JENENE MTruck was dirty and still had poles and hangers from whoever previously moved it. I had to clean there mess to make sure I wasn’t charged for it. It took me 20 min of refreshing the U-Haul page to give me access to keep the photos I was taken. Before it was taking them but not uploading them. When I dropped the truck off the app said thank you and have a nice day. Only to find out when I got home the truck was still pending photos that I had to go back and take.
