The owner of this rental place was extremely helpful to us. The place on Hwy 54 where we originally put our order in did not explain to us the difference between one way rental and renting to return to the same place. The price difference was incredible and the gentleman at Ruffin patiently explained and allowed us to change our rental to return to the same place and save money. I will never use HWy 54 location again, but will definitely use Ruffin Storage and recommend them to others.

When I arrived at the truck drop off location, I filled the tank back up to the level it was when I picked it up, so why was I charged an additional $18.75?

the man who runs this u-haul has no people skills at all. he is rude and just a plain ass. i am going to being needing a rental truck later on. i will not rent a truck or a storage unit from this man again.

This was the best experience I have ever had renting a uhaul truck. I had rented a 20 foot truck and was called and told to go to Mebane to pick it up and when I got there, there was a 15 foot truck and a 26 foot truck. I was given the 26 foot truck with a discounted price on the rental and gas since it was the fault of Uhaul and not the location/me. I highly recommend Ruffin Self Storage for all of your moving and Storage needs. You, the customer, are the most important.

I dropped off the truck after hours and noticed a "wrongful destination" charge to my card. When I called their location on a Sunday morning, the owner took my call and redirected me to Uhaul customer service. He was very friendly and helpful even if he couldn't help me directly.
