The location is another business and not a very active business. Location was not marked well and no one came to meet me or lead me to where to put the trailer. When I went inside it took a minute or so to find someone and then they told me to put the trailer next to the others and come back in instead of assisting me. It then took a while before I could get a receipt and it came as a ln email. The lady was nice enough.
christopher rThis was the worst UHAUL experience I have EVER had! The individual at the front desk could not speak any English, at all! The UHAUL app did not work, I had to call/live chat six times to try to return the vehicle. This was an absolute, terrible experience. As a side note, I know in our world that people complain about the smallest things. I am not that person! I haven't written a negative review in over two years. This was such a terrible experience, I felt compelled to tell everyone.
JENNIFER TI did an online/virtual drop off, as it was a Sunday and the location was closed. All seemed to go well with the drop off/photo upload, etc. However, I never received any notification on Monday or Tuesday that my drop off was successfully received and that my final billing was complete. I'm left a little concerned that something didn't go right.
