I had to drive an hour and a half faway from where I lived, into a different region for the uhual system, to get my trailer. I had reserved a trailer at the uhual location a quartermile from my apartment the week prior, and they had 2 of the trailers I needed outside that location the day I went so far out of my way to get the one the system assigned to me. While that was already annoying, the people working this location did not know how to enter my information into the computer to get my me rental, so I had to type it in myself. They literally turned the laptop around and I had to go back and re do everything myself so my information was right. This was a very poor and annoying experience, the only good thing was that I actually got my trailer. Also, one of the rear brake lights on the trailer was out but I noticed that on the way to my next destination.
