The rental was fine until I went to return the truck. I arrived at the location at 1:25 PM only to find a sign on the locked door stating that the representative was showing a unit and would return at 1:35 PM. At 2:05 PM, out of frustration, I dropped the key in the lockbox and left. When I returned home, I called and left a message of the mileage and fuel level and that I had used the lock box. My complaint is that if you state a time of your planned return at least check back at that time to see if anyone needed service before doing something else. In no way would it have taken 40 + minutes to show a storage unit.
