Tried to book rental online, the booking was routed to a location other than location requested, had to cancel reservation and do a walk-in at the location I requested. Online customer service needs to listen to the customer.
LESLIE GAfter a 70 mile round trip and an hour each way plus a yard wait to get the trailer lights up and running to no avail, UHaul MGMT team lady did one heck of a job to find another auto hauler before my sunset departure to Florida. I wish I could remember her name. But Rebecca at the initial scheduling office did one heck of a job to. She made the UHaul MGMT contacts to get a back up trailer. The pick up that did not happen was from memory in Troy, MI. This franchise needs to check equipment to be operational. They got me on the road on the late side. Rebecca even called me once I turned in my auto-hauler to let me know that the early drop off went well. Because of UHaul representees like Rebecca, I would in MAY26 upon my return, tow back another auto-hauler plus what other company wheels can be needed in Michiganj` in the Springtime for FREE.
