Had my appointment to pick up my U-Haul and tow dolly and no one was available for over 2 hrs. Truck was so dirty I could barely see out the windows and the box had some sort of animal urine and feces inside. The fuel tank was completely empty to the point I wasn’t sure I would make it to the gas station.
