I went to pick up my U-Haul last night and the lock was so old and rusted that it took me 20 minutes to get into it. Then I went over to the truck that I rented, and it was parked so close to the chain link fence that I couldn't even get in, I had to climb Uber from the other side, then in the inside of the cab, there was goldfishes on the floor and the inside of the window was so dirty that I couldn't see at night. I'm not sure who rented this before me, but they lied and said it was clean.It should be released before use every time I will never rent from this location again.The only reason why I did this time.It's because by local u haul didn't have any trucks to rent

RONALD YHad my appointment to pick up my U-Haul and tow dolly and no one was available for over 2 hrs. Truck was so dirty I could barely see out the windows and the box had some sort of animal urine and feces inside. The fuel tank was completely empty to the point I wasn’t sure I would make it to the gas station.
