The staff person named Frank told me I had to wait until my screen on my phone told me the trick was ready to be picked up. I waited 20 minutes and caught him on his way back in the store and told him my truck was to be ready at 11 am and my screen never changed. He apparently didn't pay any attention to my first conversation with him and now told me I had to wait in the same long line I had been in to get the truck and to wait to get to one of the 2 of them that were assisting customers. He had given me wrong info the first time, but didn't care at all. No apology was given. Both of the staff members assisting customers were rude to the customers. Upon return visit, I got Frank again, who has no people skills, but I was able to get out much more quickly the second time. Glad to get away from Frank, the robot.

The remote pay card reader used to avoid having to hand the card to the attendant was not functioning properly, that should be addressed for health reasons.

When I picked up rental the guy who assisted me needs his customer service skills improved. Very short in speech, would not explain why I need to give a third phone number, his response was ‘ I can just unhook it if you don’t have another number. Had there been another trailer in area I would have unhooked for sure. Very unprofessional, caught me off guard because the manager is excellent and I didn’t expect it from his staff.

I recently had two positive experiences and then a very negative one this Sunday. I rented the cargo van and though I only used it since 11:30 am with the understanding that I could return it the following day at 11:00 am I ended up returning it at around 6:00 pm the same day after putting at least I.5 gallons of gas than how I received it, I still ended up paying a 20 dollar fee and I don’t understand why if I still could have kept it until the following day with no extra charge. I’m very upset and disgruntled. I feel that I shouldn’t have to incur any additional charges for returning it at leas half a day early. Consideration and loyalty towards faithful customers goes a long ways in retaining their business!
