The vehicle should be cleaned and the gas tank full. There was no protocol for the customer to go to to pick up the keys. There was no signage to indicate that U-Haul was available to the customer. To have someone to speak to over the phone to complete. The transaction is not customer service nor that I was given the opportunity on the return of the truck to choose another form of payment since no one who I went to spoke English, nor did I dealt with a decision-maker involving that. I prefer to deal with a U-Haul dealer directly.

I returned my rental on the scheduled day , 2 hrs early and it took 5 days and multiple Calls for the location to check in the truck. I was given a $20 discount as per Adam who is a manager
joseph gThe truck I had originally rented was not available. So I had to take a van therefore I had to make multiple trips spending more money on the mileage and paying more to the people who were helping me.
