I ordered a moving dolly and didn't get one but was billed for it. And the self check-in was a pain and took me 35 minutes and a phone call to get me through it. Plus why did I have to drive 15 minutes to one place because the place 5 minutes away didn't have a 15 truck. You couldn't have drove 1 over in the days prior.
