I have a concern with this receipt stating that the truck was returned at 3:54 pm. The truck was returned ~10:45. Even though I reserved the truck for 4 hours, it was returned in under 2. The representative stated he could not lower the cost to the two hour use rate. I find this very displeasing that U-Haul would treat customers this unfairly. I ensured the truck returned exactly the same as when I picked it up. Please ensure the correct return time is recorded so you can an accurate record of this transaction.

MICHAEL MWas overcharged on the mileage. When I got the truck to the destination to start packing up to move, realized there wasnt a dolly or blankets in the truck. Went to turn truck in,, after leaving, a notification came up on my bank app, a 20 dollar charge was put onto my card from the gas station where I rented the truck from. Do not recommend.

SHANDRO MI drive 17 miles filled the tank at the gas station where U Haul truck is located and then was charged for 2 gallons of gas. So in essence, I filled truck up after 17 miles and had to pay for more gas? Please have your customer service reach out to me. 231-392-5898
