When you approach the location it doesn't look like a U Haul drop off. It's a convenient store with no posted signs of it being a U Haul location. It was very confusing, but if i had been told that it was a convenient store then I wouldn't have questioned it or been concerned. The gentlemen inside the store had no clue that I was dropping it off and had to call someone....he was very nice. Communication is key.

Basically the location was a convenience storere/ bodega not very clean and did not appear very safe

Jeffrey EI was told there would be no deposit originally and that I had an option to pay cash or credit but when I got there I had to put a deposit and could only pay with card! It was a lot more than expected due to the person I made the reservation gave me false information! But truck was clean and store clerk was very nice and helpful
