This location was great. The location where I originally rented really needs to update their software equipment. It is very outdated. They were unable to complete my reservation with their equipment. I was able to do it through the app once I was onsite(unable through the app when I first tried to reserve due to length of rental, the app required I visit the facility). The lady at the first location is very nice, but I did spend an hour there while she tried to get her computer and phone to cooperate, but they never did. Holly was also very helpful and is definitely an asset for U-Haul!
