No indication given when choosing this drop-off location that it was a business that is always closed and just has a drop-off key box on the back of the building. This essential information should be required to be noted when choosing a drop-off location. All that was given was a phone number to call upon arrival in the city of drop-off. I called this number several times and tried to text the number without any response whatsoever. I was only able to figure out how to drop off the truck because of helpful people in adjacent businesses that answered my questions and directed me to the key lock box. It was apparent that they had had to do this before. Very disappointed that U-Haul allows this business to continue to be listed as a U-Haul partner.

The location and the people there were very nice very helpful 2 weekends in a row. But uhaul itself was a disappointment. They overbooked our truck so there was not one available when we arrived to pick it up. I understand that’s not the fault of the location. But uhaul confirmed the truck, the time and the location and did not get a truck there for us on the date confirmed. It caused a very stressful afternoon and evening because we were then, behind schedule by over an hour by the time we got done. Very unhappy experience

Felisha SWe received the truck with less that a quarter tank of gas. Phyllis was kind and very helpful as she could be but the online link kept failing it took over an hour to check out. I would recommend the location but U-Haul did fail to make the experience easy and efficient
