Great experience! Booked online the day before. Website worked well and gave the information I needed. The next day received a call after requested pickup time asking when we will get the truck. Had to change pickup time and that was not a problem. After getting the truck, realized we would need it longer than originally planned and again was told that’s fine. Brought truck back after closing and used the convenient key drop. The next morning received receipt of the chargers and it was only a little more than originally planned due to the extra hours of usage. Special shoutout to the U-Haul rep at ACT Collision(the U-Haul dealer) for handling everything so smoothly!
